Everything was good! Clean, comfort, good air condition, hot water, market had everything, restaurant was good.Beautifull pool.

it is really nice hotel, very clean, and modern. Very good breakfast. We had an early flight, they packed an early breakfast for us, extremely good customer service. We were using public transport, nearest bus halt is 800m away. It doesn't feel tiring though, we travelled end of October. The bus to take is 6L from "Piazza Mercato" to go to Venice Island.

Above all else location! 15 mns to Venice by bus and bus station is just a few steps from the hotel.

Very sympatic welcome. Sales of bus ticket on place and very good coffee! Clear room . Parking under monitor.

Clean room, spacious, good breakfast, could Park safetly in front of the hotel. Took a bus to visit the Center, the bus stop is very close.

Apartment is spacious, stylish and very comfortable- has everything you may need. Private parking definitely an advantage. You can easily walk to the station and take the train to go to Venice.

Tania is a wonderful and very welcoming host. The house is very well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beautiful garden was a lovely bonus, and the complimentary bottle of wine was a very thoughtful and appreciated gift. Highly recommended!

Great place! Everything is at the highest level. The staff are very friendly and always ready to help. The room and furniture look brand new. The room is very clean, and the bed is extremely comfortable. You can really feel the care and attention to every detail. A short walk to the thermal baths. Highly recommended!

Great location, 12 mins away from Venice by car. It has all we needed for 1 night after New Year.

Everything is brand new, very modern and clean. You get your pin for parking gate and everything else. This place is very friendly for EV or plug-in hybrid car drivers as most of parking spaces have power chargers. Our girls (6 and 10) loved the apartment and wanted to permanently move in here!

The staff were incredibly friendly. We had been travelling for 13 hours from Genevé to Venezia Mestre and so we had arrived earlier than check-in, at 10am. Despite not speaking much English, the staff were incredibly friendly and let us check in early. Towels were provided in the room, and the room was incredibly spacious and bathroom was amazing with really good shower - and a bodeť. The bus stop was so close to the hotel, about a 5 minute walk, and this takes you into Venice which only takes 10 minutes to get to. The room was very comfortable, and had a beautiful Italian aesthetic.

Very clean,and quiet hotel Staff very helpful. Was able to purchase our 24 hrs vaparatos pass from them,which included atvc buses Continental breakfast was good.

The apartment is very spacious, with plenty of space and furniture. The Wi-Fi works well. The apartment is cold because it’s in an old building and the walls are cold. The owner turned on the heating when we arrived, but since we stayed only one day, it didn’t have time to warm up. It’s worth the money!
