Brilliant guesthouse in beautiful surroundings with super friendly and helpful owners. Rooms and bathroom were very clean and beds were super comfortable. Very convenient location with many local restaurants around serving authentic Italian food. Please check with the owner if they can reserve a table for you in a restaurant nearby that is run by his family. We had excellent meal there! We only stayed one night I wish we could stay for longer!

The host Gabriele is very kind and helpful. The house is beautiful and the rooms are big and clean. Breakfast was good. The house is located in the old town, so parking is not possible at the house, but free parking was available very close by. All and all a very nice experience.

This is a great place to stay. The owners were friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. The atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant. The food was exceptional and good value. Also there was "Amon " the lovely dog and 5 cats who kept us entertained.

On arrival at the property the first thing you notice the most beautiful colour of the main building and how well kept and maintained it is , the surrounding landscape is absolutely stunning 🤩 we had 3 rooms 2 in the main house and the apartment, my room the main one had a stunning view from its own balcony with a view of the snow caped mountains of abruzzo and my friends rooms were equally lovely 😻

An excellent property in the heart of the old town. The locals are super friendly and just a short walk away are some great places to eat. We rent villas a few times a year and this villa is one of the best we have ever stayed at. Huge rooms, a sunny terrace and everything is top quality including a fabulous bean to cup coffee machine. The grand piano was really appreciated by the pianists in our family and a joy to listen to. The property manager went above and beyond to make our stay special. Jo is the best! The welcome pack was such good quality and the first thing we did was open the delicious cooled wine! Jo also booked a restaurant for us on our arrival day and made sure we had everything we needed. Her local knowledge ensured we made the best of our days. I definitely recommend the wine tasting! The house had everything we needed, was immaculately clean and the super comfy beds meant we all had nice long lie-ins. We rented a car at the airport as we wanted to have a few days out but Jo can arrange a private transfer at a very good rate if you don’t want to drive. Parking is in the village carpark just down the lane; a minute’s walk away. Thank you for a great holiday - we will definitely be back.

The B&B owner was very pleasant and always available for any questions. The room was clean! And the embroidered bed linens were beyond praise.
