Pet-friendly hotels and homes in Moena

The hotel is in the middle of the town, but in a lonely street so that you can have a peaceful sleep without getting disturbed. It is old, but well maintained. The front office staff, house keeping and pantry staff were so kind.

Breakfast is great. Big room. Great facility.

We are a family of three (two adults and one teenager). We stayed for three nights, and since we spent most of our time outside, we only returned to the hotel after 8:00 p.m. to sleep. The room was a little small, but it had everything we needed. We slept very well throughout our stay. The breakfast was good and offered enough variety for a stay of three or four days. However, if you stay longer, you may find the selection somewhat limited. The staff were helpful, and always smiling. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

They have a great kids club where they keep the kids entertained in the evening. Parents can go out for a kids free dinner and kids have a great time.

Beautiful and nice view perfect hotel

Breakfast was fresh food, on-site baked bread and pastries, in a very pleasant dining room, with fresh air from open doors and windows. Since we wanted to enjoy the scenery of the Dolomites this was perfect. Our room was very comfortable, with a balcony, and the bed was great. We enjoyed using the hot tub, as a great recovery after hiking in the mountains. Also, we ate dinner several nights in the restaurant Matisse, where the meats were cooked perfectly. The hotel is run by a family that loves to provide good hospitality, which showed even though we can't communicate in Italian.

Amazing hotel with beautiful views, the staff is so helpful and welcoming. The food is AMAZING at the hotel. The breakfast and the dinner were the best I have tried, our compliments to the chef and the Ukrainian lady who served us. The gentlemen at the front desk explained us all the details and was very helpful. The hotel is very modern, clean, new and the beds were very comfortable. Great experience overall and we are very thankful for your hospitality.

Great breakfast and very friendly hostess

The apartment was very clean. The location was great, and we had a beautiful view. You can walk into the town of Moena. It's a particularly nice town because vehicle traffic is restricted so it's less hectic. A washing machine was available to use for free, and this was a nice perk!

From dining to the room to the location and just the people in general - I absolutely loved my stay. From check-in, everyone was beyond helpful and so kind. I was greeted by Florencia and Annalisa (the property manager) who patiently answered every question and were so thoughtful in every aspect of the stay. They even upgraded my room, which was beautiful! I felt right at home, so cozy and spacious. Annalisa even helped contact an upcoming activity organizer to help figure out the best travel path to help me avoid road closures! I got to sit and chat with Annalisa in the off hours and she is the consummate professional - she truly cares about making sure each guest has an incredible time, and loves what she does. At meals, I was helped by Patricia and Luca, who were both incredibly professional and always made sure I was taken care of. The food itself felt like high-cuisine for dinner, and never disappointed (especially at such a good price!) And then to hear how dog-friendly they are?! I'm already trying to figure out when I can come back with my pup. Hands down one of my best stays in years.
