We had a wonderful seven-night stay and couldn't have asked for a better place to explore the area! The accommodation was spacious, peaceful and well equipped, with a fully equipped kitchen, reliable Wi-Fi and two TVs. We especially appreciated the private, enclosed garden and terrace, which offered both privacy and a lovely place to relax outdoors. The photos were accurate and reflected the property well. The location was excellent, with a grocery store, cafés and a couple of restaurants nearby. The charming old town of Acquaviva Picena was a real pleasure to explore, and having our own car made it easy to visit the beaches of San Benedetto del Tronto. Private parking behind a secure gate was another great advantage. The arrival and check-in instructions were clear and straightforward, and Rosella was an exceptionally friendly, helpful and welcoming host throughout our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would happily recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable, peaceful base to discover this beautiful part of Italy!
