It's an hotel that by longs to the church. So it was kept on purpose serene, simple and quiet. Had excellent view, excellent staff, excellent restaurant. One of the best hotels IN THE WORLD!

My wife and I stayed at ……. One night. If you’re around Genova, you must absolutely visit this place in the heart of the mountains. Only 10 minutes away from the city of Rappallo. We were received by Giacomo and his family, the most adorable people. The way Giacomo and his wife Monica treated us made us feel like a family member. We reserved the farm room which has the spa. The decoration is very cozy, unique and comfortable. We ate inside the room which was very surprising to us! It was late at night and we couldn’t eat outside so Monica made pesto for us. Probably the most delicious pesto we have ever tried

Location is great! Close to the train station and close to the main interest areas! Staff was super friendly and very helpful! Breakfast was great! Not a huge variety but for Italy it is a lot(in other hotels fancier than this we got a coffee and a biscuit)! The room size was good and although we found that soundproofing is not the best we did not have a huge amount of noise passing through the walls. Overall a great experience! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Little cute hotel, simple, neat, very clean, kindest staff, a 8. min walk to the centre, 15min. walk to thr station, good value for money.

The apartment is very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. It's very close to the train station and the town center. As a light sleeper, I used ear plugs because the train station is very close, but I slept very good each night. I definitely recommend this apartment.

highly recommend the apartment! Comfortable, spacious, equipped with all necessary things, everything as described. Very favorable location - all the attractions of Rapallo, as well as the station center and Markets are within walking distance. There was a little inconvenience and the host was handled quickly and attentively. He is always ready to respond and pay attention of your arise issues very quickly and productively.

This was an excellent place to stay. Julia responded very quickly to emails and met me at the property to give me the keys and show me around. I appreciated the microwave and the washing machine. The pull-out bed was comfortable. The lighting was good. I would happily stay here again.

I would highly recommend this to people travelling as a family and don't have a car. It only took us five minutes to get back to this little flat from Rapallo train station as there is an underground walkway from the train station that leads straight to the door of the little flat. At the same time, it is very functional and the kitchen is well stocked with clean cookware and crockery.

The staff was so helpful and friendly. The hotel was gorgeous and the breakfast amazing! Our room was facing the ocean and fabulous. The spa was fantastic!

The property exceeded all our expectations. The private parking is large and convenient, the Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, and the location is perfect. It’s only a short drive to the city, while offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere away from the crowds. The room was beautifully designed, with modern furniture, tasteful decoration, and everything felt brand new. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We genuinely didn’t want to leave. We were supposed to continue our trip to Rome, but we actually considered staying here for a few more days because we enjoyed it so much. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. We would be delighted to come back in the future!

Luca, the owner, was very kind, helpful, and flexible. We were welcomed with fruit and water in the fridge. The apartment was spacious, elegant, and comfortable, with a terrace offering a beautiful view. Breakfast in the garden was rich and delicious. A wonderful stay - everything was perfect and highly recommended 👍

The owner is so humble and we felt very welcome there. The place is underrated but we are so happy to have been there. It's feel like home.

Host was knowledgeable of the area and recommended things to do, was also helpful and accommodating to us, air conditioning good and room was relatively cool even in hot weather, good location for Rapallo and also for the surrounding towns
