Pet-friendly hotels and homes in Sasso Marconi

We very much enjoyed staying at La Quercia. It was comfortable, spacious and quiet. We liked having an area outside to sit and the facilities were well-cared for. The breakfast was amazing and we looked forward to that each day we stayed there. La Quercia is a great option if you want to stay outside the city. We would stay here again if we return to Bologna.

I really would Love to spend more days here. It's a heaven. a bit hot in bologna during this time but the perfect air conditioning helped us out to sort even this problem

The views from the terrace were wonderful.

Our stay at B&B La Cascina was truly wonderful and one of the highlights of our trip to the countryside near Bologna. The property is beautifully set in a peaceful rural landscape, surrounded by greenery and farmland, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation and escape from the busy city. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, combining rustic charm with modern amenities. Everything felt very well maintained, and the bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. One of the best parts of the stay was the hospitality. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always happy to offer suggestions about the area and make sure we had everything we needed. Their kindness made us feel more like guests in a home rather than visitors at a hotel. The breakfast was delicious with fresh products and local touches that reflect the wonderful culinary traditions of Emilia-Romagna. After exploring nearby towns, it was lovely to return to such a quiet and relaxing place in the evening. Overall, this B&B offers the perfect balance between countryside tranquility and easy access to the cultural and gastronomic attractions of the region. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area and looking for an authentic and peaceful Italian countryside experience. Heating was working perfectly as well.

The room was spacious and had adequate bedding with 2 showers. All of The staff was friendly. Nice quiet location away from city. The flowers and birds was lovely.

Communication with staff was amazing all time. We arrived late at night and they were there to support us :) Quality price is more than excellent and location very quite a few minutes by car from Bolonia. Room is big, WIFI is OK, a powerful conditioning air and fridge, perfect for summer :) Breakfast it's included and it's really good! Again, thanks to all staff for making us feel at home.

The room was brilliant. Everything was so well thought out and practical. The bathroom, wardrobe, and bed were all excellent, and the little kitchenette was really well equipped. A big highlight was the friendly staff. It's a family business and all of them went above and beyond to provide us with a great experience! We could communicate in both English and French with them. The location is great, about 8 minutes by car from supermarkets and pharmacies, and only 20 minutes from Bologna, yet you're still surrounded by beautiful countryside. You'll definitely need a car to get there, but being in nature like that is absolutely worth it.

Just what we needed! Host was extremely helpful and the place was perfect for what we needed while hiking the Via Degli Dei. Thank you!

What a perfect and restful place to stay for the night. Beautifully designed modern apartment with many cozy touches so it doesn’t feel “too modern.” Very nice shower which includes a steam shower function - for which the hosts will give you “aromatherapy” sachets! Breakfast is provided in the kitchen with various breads and other items. The owners provide a booklet with all the necessary local info and also will contact you to make sure you are OK. They are super kind! If you are walking, it is a little bit off the Via degli Dei but totally worth it. It’s easily a 10/10!!!

The location in the natural enviorment. It was relaxing and close to a grocery and a couple of nice restaurants. The host made suggestions on where to eat and the one we chose was very nice. I wish we would have stayed there more than one night.

Casa Ca’Juno has Old world charm with modern convenience. We absolutely loved our stay and the beautiful peaceful nature of the property.

Incredible food and beautiful setting. Wine was excellent

Best welcoming ever from the owners, the room had everything you could ask for, location is amazing in terms of what you find around and if you go the Unipol Arena (as we did).

We had a warm welcome from Everest and Gladiola when we arrived. They showed us the apartment and a very tasty pie was awaiting for us. The owner of the place, called "il nono" is a very kind old man that came to greet us and gave us some eggs from their own hens. The accomodation, was very clean and well equipped with a big garden, ideal for relaxing and go with your family with small kids. The place has a very good thermal isolation. The location is quite and very picturesque in the Apennines.
