the place is just so lovely! Big fresh suite with a big terrace and all those lemon, fig, tangerine trees in the garden :) Our host Danilo was there for us to explain everything, gave some idea what to do in Tropea and (additional point for that!!) recommended us some local restaurants that were just aaaaazing.

Superior hotel. 5 stars. Location, location, location! Classy. Spacious. Breakfast was excellent. Service was top-notch. There was an issue with our room allocation/number of people assigned to our room. The issue was my fault as I mistakenly booked a room for 3 people, not 4 (travelling with 2 adults and 2 teenagers). The front desk worked with us to rectify this problem :) The bathroom has beach flip-flops for everyone! great in-house toiletries. Very spacious rooms. The actual pool grounds were beautiful and serene. We also travelled with my parents and sister. As a larger group, the staff always ensured our pool and food needs were met. The hotel is located a short, 5 minute walk to the beach which is spectacular! Strongly reccommend going to the local market (on the way to the beach) to order paninos (sandwiches for the beach). You can walk up to Tropea within 10 minutes (great workout!) Highly recommend ordering an iced coffees from the bar!
