The hotel is clean and tidy as a whole. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, refrigerator, gas stove, electric water heater, many charging ports, and the washer and dryer is also very easy to use. They also give free hot spring tickets (a great experience in the public bathhouse) and provide us with welcome drinks, which is very thoughtful!

the bar is amazing and the free snacks are too you have a place to sit outside and its super cozy and unique, the fireplaces outside is an amazing feature ive never seen anywhere and the room was big

We had an absolutely perfect 3-day stay at this villa! The house was incredibly clean and it was a wonderful opportunity to experience a traditional yet comfortable Japanese home. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. ​The biggest highlight was the host's amazing hospitality. The villa comes with a free car rental, which was a huge plus. On top of that, since we were traveling with two toddlers, the host went out of his way to find and arrange two car seats for us before we arrived. We were so touched by his thoughtfulness! ​The only downside is that because it’s a quiet residential village, there are no convenience stores or restaurants within walking distance. However, since a car is provided with the stay, this was absolutely not a problem at all. Thanks to the car, we were able to easily visit Yufuin and the African Safari, which our kids absolutely loved. Having the car made it so easy to drive anywhere we wanted. ​I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Beppu, especially families with kids. Thank you again, Hideaki, for making our family trip so unforgettable!

No breakfast provided but the villa offers a lot of cooking equipment. Self check in and it's very quickly and simple. The equipment and washing machine are very clean and well. It's very spacious！ The view of the terrace is refreshed and relaxed. The onsen is awesome！ The bath is big enough for 3 kids to stay in. Everything is fine to our family and we all enjoyed the stay in Terra villa.

The location was very peaceful and the property was an easy walk from the bus station. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are well appointed, well maintained and very clean. Digital availability of onsen was helpful. The private Onsens were very relaxing and well maintained. The bedding was very comfortable.
