The best Hilton we stayed at! 24/7 gym, amazing pools open until 21.00, we got the best service ever. The hotel includes a shuttle from odawara station, and the service is sooo good! Room is comfy, looks like refurbished old house. It has some nostalgic furnitures which is really good. Staff helped us a lot during check in and is friendly. It’s only one minute to the beach and location is very good, 10mins to Odawara Castle.

Those rooms are Huge (fyi : we were 5 of well grown man ) was so huge, even excessive for 5 well grown man. Its nearby odawara IC, good approach for a car(have to be aware while park)

We enjoyed the facilities including the onsen indoor and outdoor bath. The kids enjoyed the pool even though it was not heated. The appliances in the kitchen were top notch, and the covered terrace with grill was a great space to gather for dinner. We ordered the half board plan which came with plenty of food for our group to grill for dinner and breakfast ingredients. It was nice to not have to food shop or go into town for dinner. My nephews thought the villa was the best part of the trip to Hakone! If you needed anything there is a convenience store within walking distance.

The owner is incredibly kind and sweet! He is willing to pick up your luggage from the train station if you are early, so you are able to go sightseeing without your luggage. He will also pick you up when you’re finished for the day and drop you back off at the train station when you check out. Breakfast is free if requested and is a hearty meal!

The property has a very charming and cozy atmosphere, the rooms are a balanced mix of Japanese and Western styles and everything was very clean and well organized. We payed to use the BBQ but it was so worth it, they provided all the tools we needed, combined with the kitchen that has everything you can possibly need to cook made things so easy and convenient. All the rooms are very spacious and equipped with air conditioners and comfortable beds, they have a big TV in the living room and also a projector in the dining room, which was helpful for our entertainment. There is a convenience store and a big grocery store located within walking distance of the property. The owner is also very friendly, helpful and communicative. She wrote us a welcome note and there is also a map in the kitchen with recommended places in the area. Everyone in my friend group really enjoyed the stay. I highly recommend this place!
