The riad is located very close to the Medina, which is a big plus. The beds were very comfortable and clean, ensuring a restful stay. The breakfast was tasty. Reda, the owner, was incredibly helpful and kind, always ready to assist. recommend this place for anyone visiting Fes :)

Excellent location, friendly staff, and good breakfast. The staff were very good about helping us get to and from the train station and the tour guide they got for us was really knowledgeable.

It was a lovely Riad in the best location of Fes. Just a few steps away from nice bars, cafes and restaurants. For us it was the first time in Marokko, and the first time we stayed in a Riad rather than a hotel. Great choice! We felt at home! The riad is beautiful, we enjoyed having breakfast and dinner in the courtyard of the riad. Great food! Thanks Samira for cooking so great! I also had my best hamman and massage ever. Much much better that the one in the medina in "touristic hammam" places. We highly recommend the Medina tour that they help us arrange (for Italian or French people, the guide Mohammed is top!). The hospitality of the staff and manager are incredible. Touria, Samir, all of you, we really want to thank you from the bottom of our heart! You are so kind and helped us with everything, transportation, tours... and always with a big smile! THANKS!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this riad! The host was exceptionally kind and helpful from the very start to the very end. They assisted us with everything — even helping us with our SIM card and arranging a taxi to the train station. On our first day, we were warmly welcomed with delicious hot tea, and every day thereafter, breakfast was always served thoughtfully. One morning, because we had to leave early, they even prepared breakfast earlier so we wouldn’t miss it. Their genuine care, attention to detail, and warmth made our experience unforgettable. I truly felt at home here. Highly, highly recommended!

The location is ideal, making it easy to explore the city. The host was exceptionally kind, always available and attentive to our needs, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Very new, clean. Centrally located in new part of city

The apartment was large, spotlessly clean and had excellent Wi-Fi connection. It is in a safe central position in Fes with shops and restaurants close by. The owner, and the manager, meet us at the property and ensured we knew how everything worked and advised us of local restaurants and shops etc. The owner was very kind to us when we unexpectantly found out we needed to print our boarding passes - he went way beyond what you could expect. The manager of the apartment, Dounia, is very pleasant, helpful and speaks good English she was easy to contact via WhatsApp. If you are travelling to Fes I can recommend this lovely apartment.

Perfect location in the Medina, very friendly staff Breakfast is excellent, scenery from the terrace is very nice We arrived at Fes by train, and after a quick call, they sent us a private cab . Recommend to do that, as it is difficult to find and red taxi don’t enter the Medina

We really enjoyed the pool to chill at , if you don’t have a car not easy to get to,there are taxis avalible but charge a little much if not organized by the hotel, the food is very good .

We had a wonderful 3-night stay! The view from the property is absolutely stunning, especially being right in front of the mosque. Despite the central location, the place was incredibly calm and peaceful. It’s also very convenient as it is close to Marjane. A beautiful property that I highly recommend!

Great communication when booking, during the stay and departure. The location is good, on the edge of the ancient city so it is easy to walk around and find your way back day or night. The host is ready with lots of help and recommendations which I enjoyed very much.. less touristy spaces, authentic finds for shopping, fine dining, casual local places and even best street food! The riad is close to an impressive Museum which is a must-see. I highly recommend staying here. I enjoyed the attention to design and that the riad was small, beautiful and very clean. Thank you for such a great stay!

Very kind and responsive hosts from check-in to checkout. The apartment is located in the central new area, walking distance from the shopping centre and the train station. It is in a safe and quiet area even for a solo woman at night and I enjoyed the longer walk to the bustling Medina as there are numerous impressive historical sites and gardens along the way. The apartment is clean, spacious and beautifully furnished with comfortable beds and warm blankets for winter nights. The kitchen is fully equipped along with a nice dining space and the big living room is also very cozy. The water pressure and temperature were good, The apartment was well lit and the electric blinds on the large windows were handy for a good night sleep. It's the perfect place to stay while visiting Fez and surrounding cities.

Nice owner. Welcoming. The apartment was clean and had basement for our motorbikes.
