I feel like the staff was very accommodating to my needs. They kindly let me checkout late, which I appreciated. I really enjoyed the location of the hotel which was very close to the central plaza(as the name of the hotel implies). The local people seemed to enjoy the plaza and the surrounding streets which made it feel better than staying in many other hotels.
