Arriving late and in the dark due to our own bad planning, we were met by the kindest and most accommodating family on our Nicaraguan trip. We had a nice spot to park the ATV and it was so calming listening to the lake outside our room. A few cold beers and a wonderful meal made this a highly recommended stop for everyone we've met since. You wont be disappointed!

This is an amazing property , probably the nicest location on Ometepe As a bonus the property manager Erik is amazing , he sent us a list of things to do on the island as well as all the best restaurants. He even set us up with the guide to hike conception Our only mistake with this place was not staying longer. Beautiful location , beautiful view , beautiful service , very reasonable price . I have never seen such a beautiful outdoor veranda kitchen set up . Do not hesitate , villa Ometepe is the best place to stay on the island

Beautiful views, excellent staff and we loved all the natural beauty of the property. Would stay again on my next visit to Omeptepe. The playa mangos bar and restaurant was wonderful and just a short walk away. We ate breakfast at La Sirenita up top on their covered deck and was delicious. Loved our casita, super comfortable and we slept better than ever. Can't wait to go back. I even had to take an online/interactive 3 hour class for continuing education, and the wifi was excellent the entire time. Sat on my deck overlooking Lake Nicaragua and had a fabulous Zoom class.

We absolutely loved staying here! The pictures do not do this place justice. The cabins are carefully built, very clean, and very comfortable! They are equipped with the necessities so we could cook and make coffee. It is right on the water and we went out on the dock both nights for sunset. The cabins are perfectly tucked away so it is very peaceful.

Our room was spotless, the WiFi is excellent, and the communal kitchen is a huge bonus. The hostess is really friendly and will help with anything you need, from logistics to rentals or tours. The breakfast she makes each day is excellent and rotates between four main meals. You even get a welcome drink on arrival! The location is great, surrounded by greenery but still close to restaurants, markets, and the Finca Magdalena approach to Maderas volcano. We stayed five nights and we’d happily stay again!

Food was amazingly made by Delfa, their nica chef. Who made Vegetarian dishes with farms ingredients and using fire in a typical stove. I totally recommend to have all the meals you can, you’ll love it. We enjoyed a volcano Concepcion tour with a young guide named Josias, who showed us that wonderful landscape. Also the reception helped us to get a scooter for 25usd, a nice way to go around the island. The chef daughter made a surprise birthday cake for my girlfriend, which made us a felt like home. Finca La Magia is the perfect spot for privacy and natural surroundings. No internet coverage but a decent wifi at the restaurant.
