I absolutely love this hotel. I remember seeing this building when I first came to Narvik nearly a year ago. It certainly stands out. I knew I had to stay here and I did for 4 nights. I was on the 4th floor, and it came with a view over the fjord. Nearly all the rooms here have either a view like I had or they have a view at the mountains. My room was comfortable. But I needed a chair that I could get comfortable and read. I used the downstairs area to read or write.

The view from the breakfast room alone makes this hotel exceptional. And then the view from our room was equal stunning with the mountain in the background. Narvik is very hilly, so walking to the hotel makes you appreciate the view. The room was very comfortable, and the blackout curtains were perfect for the nights of Midnight Sun.

Before i even arrived, the owner checked in to make sure i was ok with the bad weather. She waited up to make sure i got in, and left me fresh eggs from her farm. The house is huge and super cozy. I only stayed the night to sleep but felt right at home. Bed was super comfy, hot water great, wifi great. She leaves you lots of things to use in the fridge and bathroom. Thanks for having me!!

Breakfast was undoubtedly the highlight of the hotel. Diversity and the best quality. We enjoyed our stay there. We had it as a base for exploring Norway and a little of Sweden chasing the northern lights. Overall the hotel was very good. Car park is not offered but there is nearby in the shopping centre a car park. Register via easypark before you enter with automated license plate recognition and you are set.

Wonderful location, both in terms of neighbourhood (a little outside of Narvik itself) and in terms of the farm itself. The host was lovely, and the room was bigger than I expected (and nicely decorated). Breakfast was provided without additional cost. Plenty of parking spaces are available. You can also read about the interesting family history in their self-written booklet. Plus, the hosts offer to take you to Narvik if you need it :)
