Excellent place to stay We wanted easy accessibility to fjord nearby and the location is very good. Coming to the place it had everything from equipped kitchen to hot water and good beds. I was traveling with my older parents and toddlers and they were very comfortable. If you want to visit nearby by spots and fjord this is perfect place to stay. We checked in late night and host was responding to queries very late hours which was such a help for us. We loved the stay a neat and clean, spacious place to stay.

It was a great overnight stay in Roldal for us, we arrived late and the room was waiting for us with a key in the door. There's an Ionity charging station nearby and a parking on site. There were kitchen utensils and a nice balcony with a view. You have to bring your own linens or rent them for a fee -- pretty typical in Norway. Overall, we were very satisfied with our room and our stay, check out at 12 is great perk as well.

Comfortable, spacious, clean, beautiful apartment with very good facilities. The kitchen had everything one could possibly need and some more. Also there was a washing machine. Our apartment had a beautiful view of the lake and the mountains but this probably varies from one apartment to another (some of the apartments probably don't have much of a view as it is obstructed by the buildings). It was very quiet and pleasant stay. This is a perfect base for exploring nearby mountain nature with a car. Grocery store is in Røldal center just 5 minutes drive away. Underground parking with a lift straight up to the apartment floor was great on rainy weather. These apartments are located in the yellow building behind the main hotel building.

Beautiful place. Very quiet and peaceful village. All the amenities were there as said. Our dog had a great stroll in the village, he swam in the fjord, so we are happy. Food was awesome, definitely recommend.

The location of the camping is outstanding. The cabin was cozy and spacy and we were lucky to be very close to the toilet and kitchen facilities and were able to park our car right next to the cabin. The common areas were tidy and clean and so was our cabin. We were traveling on a low budget so we were ok with the standards provided. The town is in walking distance, nice Stave church and good supermarket.
