The house is so beautiful, the meals were tasty, and the entire concept of the village is brilliant. Such warm community spirit. Wandering the paths through the old buildings and along the terraced plots of land is so peaceful, especially after the day-tourists have left. Hamad offers a tour of the village, and the history and stories of his home are a highlight. We'll be back.😊

Perfect location at the end of the old Misfah village. At the trail start to the falaj and other longer trails. Quiet and clean. Beautiful views from most of the rooms and from the roof top terrasse for an excellent breakfast. Owner very helpful.

Lovely rooms. So stylish, clean, comfy beds and great roof terrace. Al Hamra is really worth visiting. More authentic then Nizwa. We had great fun at the museum close to the hotel where they show the traditional way of living.
