Everything! We booked the villa so we had a kitchen to ourselves which was great for breakfasts and for times we didn’t feel like eating out. Very convenient location - approx 10 minutes to Karon and Kata Beach and 5 minutes to the nearest supermarket. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was massive! Wifi connection was stable, which was very important to me as I work online. All in all we really enjoyed our stay here and would choose to stay here again.

We spent 2 weeks there in December 2022 and enjoyed our stay very much. It's very close to Karon beach (the beach is clean and as it's very long and wide, the sunbeds have normal space between them compared to Kata or Kata Noi), just a minute away from a 7/11 and with many places to eat nearby. I liked how rooms looked on the pictures and our room was exactly the same, very cozy, bright and clean. A/c worked well, hot water ran with normal pressure, there were no insects. I had some special requests written before the arrival and they were totally met. The staff was very attentive, they brought a second chair for a balcony without us asking for it and always were ready to help.

Nice location, a bit hillside; an easy walk away from the clean and not crowded beach. Nice view and peaceful surrounding. Convenient pool and whirlpool for easy relax at the place itself. Nice green garden. Comfortable beds. It is the perfect place, not only for honeymoon or any couple, but also for small and big families and individual travelers.

The apartment is quite spacey, the pool access is very good, the furniture and other facilities in the apartment are OK, basically once you are inside it is a pleasant place (mind the insects and ants and if you order daily cleaning - read my dislikes below)

Big house in quiet area with nearby (public) parking. Bedroom with AC. The lady (June) who gave me the key is friendly and helpful.
