Incredible apartment, bigger than I expected ( 2 bedrooms +1 living room), everything is new and very clean, peaceful area, walking distance to many good restaurants and also Kumkoy beach is close. The owner really made me feel like I am home!

We stayed at Kalia Beach Hotel Side as two families—ours with 4 people and our relatives with 5, booking 4 rooms in total. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. They helped us find the most convenient room combination for our group, which made a big difference. A special thanks to Mr. Arslan, the hotel manager. He is a true professional with deep experience in tourism—he manages the hotel effortlessly and anticipates every guest’s need before they even say a word. The hotel mainly consists of one-floor rooms, with a few rooms on a second level. Those upper-floor rooms can get warmer, but all are equipped with well-functioning air conditioning. We also loved the little seating areas and sun loungers right outside each room—perfect for relaxing together in the evenings. The beach is just a few steps away, and it's fantastic—shallow, calm, and safe for children. You can also enjoy fun water activities like parasailing and jet-skiing nearby. The location is another huge plus: walking distance to historic Side, with its beautiful ruins, restaurants, and nightlife. If you want peace and quiet or a fun night out, both are easily accessible. The hotel’s restaurant is also worth mentioning. The service is excellent, thanks especially to Ali, the head waiter. He’s incredibly experienced, and things run like clockwork under his care.

When we booked the hotel, we did not order breakfast. However, when we settled in, we changed our minds and we not only ordered breakfast, but also had dinner at the hotel. It was very tasty and not expensive. The hotel rooms consist of two rooms and a kitchen, i.e. are apartments. The hotel is located in a very quiet place, almost no cars, few people and very beautiful. The beach is about 1.5 km away, the hotel has its own beach. The sea is shallow, ideal for children. The well-preserved remains of the ancient city of Side are about 2 km away, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants in the same area. I advise everyone to visit this place.

The hosts are amazingly welcoming and helpful, we will be glad to come here again. We came with a baby and were met with not only a comfortable crib, but also some extra useful things. They also gave us some tips and helped to order food from a local place. The beach is walking distance and was almost empty.
