Very, very cute condo! 3 roommates from college stayed here (50-something.). The beds were very comfortable and all 3 of us slept well. There are so many great places to eat close by. Kitchen was great and so were the bathrooms. The host was excellent about giving instructions and letting us know what to do. If you stay here, keep in mind there are several stairs. This wasn't a problem at all for us, but if an older person tries to stay here, just be aware.
