The property was extremely clean, plenty of close parking, easy directions to anything you needed during our stay, late check available over the phone. The shared community kitchen was different was very nice fully stocked and clean, the vending machines for snacks were great and low priced as well nice bonus to wash clothes as needed and free access to laundry detergent(thank you). The room was spacious easy access to the kitchen area, beds decently comfortable with a microwave and refrigerator a plus and very clean !! The owner Aaron was extremely friendly and accommodating. I will stay again and recommend to others to stay as well.

The staff's hospitality was incredible. They were so friendly and welcoming. We traveled with a pet (which is a 20 dollar extra fee) and they were really accommodating and friendly. Additionally, what a location! We visited in fall and we couldn't of wished for better. Would totally recommend!

My friends and I booked this lovely home for a two-night stay during the eclipse. It was perfect. Well-situated for exploring northern New Hampshire, beautiful home, spotlessly clean, plus everything we needed in the kitchen, comfortable living room, and very comfortable beds. Our host was super-responsive, too. He answered our texted questions, usually within minutes. Could have used a few extra blankets (or just some warmer ones on the beds) but other than that, everything was terrific.
