The staff was amazing. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. We loved that checkout time is noon (as opposed to the standard 11am) because we got to sleep in before a day at HersheyPark. The breakfast had many options and everyone found something they enjoyed. My kiddo loved the brightly-colored decor and the orange rocking chairs in the lobby!
