We stayed here as we had an early departure from San Francisco airport. It is a little way from the airport but the free shuttle offered by the hotel means this is not an issue at all as it goes frequently to and from the airport and is very easy to catch. The staff were all very courteous and helpful, the room was great and we looked into the central atrium which was great. The blackout curtains were especially brilliant. Would stay here again without hesitation.

停车免费，方便。卫生也很好，门口还有非常美味的中餐厅面馆。而且离地铁站也很近，步行2分钟，但是美国的地铁确实不推荐。附近也有中国超市步行可到。规格和国内维也纳酒店差不多

圣诞节期间预定的特价房间，但是房间里面的大门是坏的，厕所设备是损坏的，灯也是不亮的，当我去到前台要求更换房间，第二间房间同样也是没有窗帘和空调～非常糟糕 酒店前台跟我说～因为是特价房间所以都是这样的！当我展示booking上的酒店房间照片与实际房间不一样被告知，酒店都是这样的，只是展示用的，这是在让客人体验入住盲盒吗？I booked a special offer room during Christmas, but the door in the room was broken, the toilet equipment was damaged, and the light was not on. When I went to the front desk to ask for a room change, the second room also had no curtains and air conditioning ~ It was very bad. The hotel front desk told me that it was all like this because it was a special offer room! When I showed that the photos of hotel rooms on booking were different from the actual rooms, I was told that hotels are all like this, just for display. Is this to let guests experience the blind box?

There’s no breakfast and the guilty it’s the COVID measure’s. Every restaurant in the city is open so this excuse isn’t plausible. The morning guy at the desk was rude, unprofessional. The other guy, already in the middle of morning was polite as the manager who attends me when I arrived.

The staff were so so kind, I got off my 11 hour flight during which I had food poisoning and they kindly helped me find a banana which I could try to eat, at about 11PM at night! The location was so helpful to the airport, the facilities were excellent - loved the guest laundry. The rooms were also so so comfortable.

SFO转机最佳位置，到机场的班车15分钟一般，酒店大堂可以点餐日本乌冬面，很方便，游泳池很大，有饮用水供应，非常方便，停车也很方便。

The view was amazing, staff friendly, knowledgable!! Food was excellent!!! i needed laundry room, got that done. Everything we needed, it just happened!!! What an amazing place and experience!!
