The Nala Individuellhotel is located in the centre of Innsbruck, 800 metres from the Golden Roof. It offers a small fitness centre with an infrared cabin, and free WiFi access. We were given an upgraded room upon arrival, with a bottle of champagne for welcome. The room was huge, including a bathtub, and very clean. The garden looked very nice, although we did not make use of it due to persistent rain. The hotel is also located very close to the city centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be back if we ever visit Innsbruck again.

This was one of those cases when both the apartment and the hosts exceeded all expectations. I booked this place for my parents — they are still active, but already of respectable age — and thanks to the exceptional support from Tanya and the host Walter, their visit to Innsbruck became a wonderful, stress-free adventure full of impressions. Even while my parents were still on their way, Tanya arranged and sent them a QR code for free use of local public transport — it was incredibly convenient and helpful. Upon arrival, Walter met them at the building, showed them where to leave their luggage and offered a cozy lobby with coffee to rest while waiting for check-in. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed. The additional option of a fold-out bed came in handy — for older people it was really comfortable to have the possibility to rest on separate beds. The location is easy to reach from Innsbruck main train station, and all main tourist attractions are nearby. Beautiful view from the window, and the hosts stayed in touch throughout the stay.
