Modern rooms in a historical building. Very clean, comfortable and the soundproofing was great, you couldn’t hear anything from outside or from other rooms. I was really impressed by the self check-in process.

Very tastefully done up. They compiled a list of places which was most useful in deciding high quality options for food and drinks.

The Nala Individuellhotel is located in the centre of Innsbruck, 800 metres from the Golden Roof. It offers a small fitness centre with an infrared cabin, and free WiFi access. This was one of those cases when both the apartment and the hosts exceeded all expectations. I booked this place for my parents — they are still active, but already of respectable age — and thanks to the exceptional support from Tanya and the host Walter, their visit to Innsbruck became a wonderful, stress-free adventure full of impressions. Even while my parents were still on their way, Tanya arranged and sent them a QR code for free use of local public transport — it was incredibly convenient and helpful. Upon arrival, Walter met them at the building, showed them where to leave their luggage and offered a cozy lobby with coffee to rest while waiting for check-in. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed. The additional option of a fold-out bed came in handy — for older people it was really comfortable to have the possibility to rest on separate beds. The location is easy to reach from Innsbruck main train station, and all main tourist attractions are nearby. Beautiful view from the window, and the hosts stayed in touch throughout the stay.
