Also the breakfast is included. The property's owner is also very flexible to reschedule the dates without extra fees. Another point, we can take our dog with us with a small fee. I would warm recommend this property. EXCELLENT

Very nice large and clean room with a great view of the slopes, really helpful and friendly staff We used the excellent wellness every day. The location with direct access to the slopes was great. We would love to come back.

Just a 5-minute walk both from Heiligenblut’s centre and ski area, the family-run Hotel Kaiservilla features a spa area with a Finnish sauna and a steam bath, and a ski storage room with a ski boot... Beautiful village tucked between the mountains and perfect accommodation to spend the time there. Really friendly staff, beautiful view from the rooms balcony and tasty breakfast. The downside for us is only staying for one night.

Dette sjarmerende, nyrenoverte 4-stjerners hotellet befinner seg ved den østlige bredden av innsjøen Wörth, bare noen minutter unna Klagenfurt. Everything! Worth highlighting is tje friendliness of the staff! It was an absolute fantastic stay and can highly recommend the hotel!!
