I went to this hotel with my partner for our (mid) 3 year anniversary and we loved every moment of it: -Location was absolutely perfect! A traditional small german town, so there's a lot of great food but if you get tired of the Bavarian flavor, then there is an asian restaurant and an Indian one. -The hotel is a walking distance from everything; a grocery store, a pharmacy, souvenir shops..etc -Staff were AMAZING: I appreciated that even though we had to leave our booking 1 day earlier than planned, the amazing man at the reception gave us a 40 Euro discount! -Super super quiet at night. This is amazing considering if you live in a big city, you know how annoying the street sounds can be! (so amazing sleep, super comfortable and cozy). -There was parking for our rental car indoors which made it so much easier than finding parking by the hotel. -Breakfast was sooo nice! We had it every day when we were there when we usually don't care too much for it! (those german sausages!! YUM!) Overall such a wonderful experience. Would 100% stay again!

The Hotel Föhrenhof is situated in a peaceful area on the edge of a forest in Farchant, just 3 km from the Garmisch-Partenkirchen. The sun terrace and garden offer a beautiful view of the Zugspitz and Wetterstein mountains.

Werdenfelser Spa Baths and 2 golf courses are located within 15 minutes' drive. The property offers free parking. The lady at the reception is super sweet, very very friendly, kind and joyful. And then is the cook of the Gasthof, very friendly man and the schnitzel sandwich he gave us as welcome was perfect because right after that we hit the mountains just before sunset. The breakfast is amazingly good (please don't miss their self-made marmelade, cake and yoghurt), and we also had the opportunity to meet another member of the staff who also was super friendly and kind. The place has a beautiful decoration and the room is spatious, clean, the place is very quiet, and the bed comfortable.

Situated in Wallgau, Alpenhof Wallgau is a recently renovated accommodation, 17 km from Richard Strauss Institute and 17 km from Garmisch-Partenkirchen City Hall. There is an in-house restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. The apartment has family rooms. Really nice hotel to have a pleasant stay. Super clean, cozy and convenient to get. The teas, drinks are tasty，and shower gel smell good🥰 . Nice view in balcony～best choose forever！

Boasting a garden and views of mountain, Bio Ferienwohnungen im Lieblingsort 1868 is a recently renovated apartment situated in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, 200 metres from Werdenfels Museum. The property features garden and city views, and is 200 metres from Historical Ludwigstrasse. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. Regarding the apartment, it was spot clean, nice view and fabulous location just in the center of the main street of the old town. Regarding the owner, Mr. Johannes is the nicest person you could ever meet, he made our stay memorable and perfect. He did so many nice things for us, for example, he carried all our luggage up and since I have walking difficulty, he did the check-in in the apartment and brought his laptop and all the forms up so I don’t have to walk down the stairs. He allowed last minute change in the booking without extra money. Moreover he allowed us to check in early.. We were surprised every day with a nice treat with a beautifully written card . The gentleman he was, he gave me his parking spot in front of the building entrance so I don’t have to walk all the way from the parking. The hospitality and the generosity of him was beyond our expectations and we are very grateful for him.

Incredible view for morning sunset in apartment facing east. It has been our second stay to enjoy the relaxing stay. The possibility to use a sauna is adding to the charm. The property is non-smoking and is located 8.7 km from Garmisch-Partenkirchen Station. I loved this place! I only booked for 1 night but I wish I could have stayed longer. The hut is really nice and clean. There are cosy places to sit outside and a small lake where you can swim and enjoy the sun. Breakfast and dinner were great. The people working here are also super friendly. One important thing, you can only reach it by foot in a 1h-hike (if you’re fit in 45 min) so keep that in mind.

Very clean. Good instructions, very friendly in contact. Great location!!! Definitely coming back!
