The landlord lives in the same building. Check in was easy. The place is clean. The ductless heating/cooling unit is very quiet. The studio is at the entrance to the downtown area. Food, pharmacy and taxi stand are across the street. The host was really nice and very accommodating. We would definitely rent from them again.

This is the second time we stayed. It's amazing place perfect for outdoor relax, children can play safely around. It has all the features we could possibly need. Host is very friendly and gave us suggestions where we can eat and shop. Will be back again for sure.

Very helpful host. Appartment has everything one might need (no microvave owen but we did not need it). The air conditioner was turned on as we have arrived (mid July) and it was very cool and fresh in the appartment. There are hookers for the towels in the bathroom (great!) which is not the case in 90% of appartments in Bulgaria (based on my experience). Comfortable sleeping places. There is a small isolated hall if one needs to work in a quiet space.

Amazing apartment,very modern and clean,in the historical centre of Ruse,it has all you need for ur comfy stay and it looks better than on the pic.It doesnt have its own parking,but there r a lot of spots in the area free of charge between 17:30-8.00

The location is easy to reach. Sometimes there is free parking spot available on the street. Clean and quiet apartment. The owners are friendly and nice. It was clean and fully equipped with everything that we needed. I also liked the general looks of the place, with the wood combination in the rooms.

Excellent facilities in the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Air-conditioning worked great as a heater. Superb instructions. Very easy to communicate with host. Quiet area at night.
