There is no air conditioning (we arrived on a cool day, so it was fine). Thanks to the view and the luxuries, it is highly recommended.

Probably for elder people (75-80+) will be not so suitable, because if you don't use car to go to Devin center (it is on 10 minutes walk), there are steep stairs, when you go back to house.

We had a wonderfully clean, spacious and comfortable room, with a private shower and toilet and also a pleasant balcony, where we sat for breakfast. Although the room was right in the center, near all the shops, it was completely quiet and we slept great. The bed was big and comfortable. The staff was dedicated, pleasant and very kind. It is an excellent place.

It’s not very spacious, but everything needed is thoughtfully and efficiently organized. The apartment is excellently equipped, especially the kitchen —with all necessary appliances and supplies, it even had a coffee machine with capsules, tea, a multicooker, a microwave. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant place to stay.
