First of all, we would like to extend our deepest thanks to Mr. Viktor, the General Manager of the hotel, for making us feel truly at home. The reason is this: we had set off for a winter holiday with summer tires, and while we were staying at the hotel, we encountered heavy snowfall. As a result, not only could we not get on the road, we couldn’t even get out of the hotel parking lot. How lucky we were to run into Mr. Viktor himself while he was trying to enter the parking area. He immediately told us that it would be impossible to travel in these conditions and that we absolutely needed to change our tires. By calling his friends, he first managed to find suitable tires for us, then personally drove all the way to Sofia with his own car to bring us brand-new tires. Afterwards, even though I told him that I would somehow manage to change the tires myself and asked him not to miss his work, he insisted on taking me to the tire shop, stayed with me throughout the entire process, and did not leave my side for a single moment until we returned to the hotel. Thanks to him, we were able to set off safely and arrive home without any problems. If something like this had happened to us in another country or at another hotel, we might not have been this fortunate. Most likely, we met one of the kindest and most helpful people within the borders of Bulgaria. No matter what, it is impossible to forget such kindness for a lifetime. I would like to thank him again and again from here. The hotel is truly a family hotel and very child-friendly. You can stay without any hesitation and enjoy spotless rooms and a comfortable holiday.

The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was very good with plenty of options to choose from. The staff were friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay here. The flat is spacious, bright and very cosy. We loved the artwork, it definitely gives the space so much character. It was easy to find, the instructions were clear and the host was very helpful when we couldn’t figure out how to control the heating.

Set in Stara Zagora, less than 1 km from Stara Zagora Art Gallery and a 11-minute walk from Regional Museum of History Stara Zagora, Cozy and Stylish Apartament offers air-conditioned accommodation... Everything ! The person who was reaponsible was so carefull and help ua a lot with instructions evsn during the night calls. The apartment there had everything needed.

Very knd hosts, due to the weather forecast with lots of rain i got an Upgrade for free to a beautiful traditional Bulgarian house 2km away with a nice Garden wirh ivy, grapes , apple and walnut trees. The Host speaks English as a native and was very quick in Sendling me exact informations how to get to the alternative accomodation. I would repeat any time.

Set in Stara Zagora, 200 metres from Mall Galleria and 1.4 km from Regional Museum of History Stara Zagora, Gabko Apartment - great location and a comfortable stay! The apartment is excellent! It is very well equipped, compared to most rentals. There is a kitchenette, washing machine, espresso machine, iron...I did not lack anything. The location is 15 min walk from city center, on a quiet, residential street. Mall Galleria (just up the street) has a restaurant, a food court with a few options, and a grocery store. Street parking was not very hard to find. The bed is comfortable, there were plenty of linens and towels. I would not hesitate to book this again. The host is super responsive. Something to note is that the property is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator in the building.
