Great location, beautiful apartment with access to a decent gym. The host Janaina is a diamond. She's a friendly, warm, kind and welcoming soul. Can definitely recomend this place for anyone.

Casa da Mata Marajó has garden views, free WiFi and free private parking, situated in Salvaterra. Guests can relax in the garden at the property. My stay at Casa da Mata was incredible. I came as a solo female traveler and had a great time! The hosts were super helpful for arranging my transport, food, and different activities. It was great to learn about the local plants and animals and culture and get immersed in the experience. There are also several nice beaches nearby. Everything was perfect, I can't recommend the visit enough!

The room was super big and renovated, the beds were really comfy, the breakfast tasty and the staff really helpful. I would happily go back!

Featuring a garden, terrace and views of mountain, Recanto Alter do Chão is located in Alter do Chao, 1.6 km from Alter do Chao Beach. Everything was beyond expectations! First the beautiful place, very nice decorated, beautiful entrance. Each room had their own little private garden and open kitchen and the best the outdoor shower! And à hamac!!! Room was awesome and even it had Netflix! Nice to finish the end of the day! The owner CArlo!, was so accommodating, he was kind enough to bring me many times to the city always with the smile! Doing his best for the tours and recommendations. The breakfast was abundant : eggs fruits handmade bread and cake tea coffee fresh juice and delicious! The staff in kitchen was adorable and kind Really highly recommended and not too far by walk from the center I really enjoyed my 4 days there. Thanks hope to come back

If you go to Alter, stay here, it's clean, quiet, secure. Owners are fabulous and breakfast is interestingly delicious. Great TV and hammocks in the foyer. Highly recommended. You may even get the wild monkeys outside the window in the forest that wake you for breakfast.
