Werner also took me on unforgettable activities, from kayaking to discovering the local gastronomy, always making sure I had the true experience in Morro de São Paulo. The experience was deeply restorative and truly unforgettable. Where else can you enjoy breakfast with a stunning sea view, have monkeys casually join you at the table, and be greeted by a talking papagaio? Leaving Werner’s pousada was truly not easy. I have just one wish now: to come back to Villa Bahia.

Amazing family run pousada that is near the centre and beaches but far enough away to be calm. The breakfast is fit for an English king or queen, it was so big I never needed to eat lunch!! It was like staying in a big family house and they looked after me like a son.
