Being able to have the hotel help and book tours. The air conditioning was cold. Cooking facilities was great to prepare a central meal and store food in a central refrigerator. The pool was clean and refreshing.

The location, facilities & the staff were terrific! Sleeping Giant Resort is located right off beautiful Humming Bird Hwy, not that far from Belmopan, close to Herman's Cave & The Blue Hole. I believe the whole resort & development covers 500 acres, so it feels like you are in your own world! We loved the bikes, hiking trails, bridges, lookout tower, animals (poultry, peacocks, sheep, horses, bunnies, turtles, birds), river/tubing, outdoor wood-fire pizza dining area, restaurants, pools, gardens, sitting areas, large rooms, everything was bonus! We felt like celebrities lol, all the staff was amazing, friendly, kind, so helpful! The higher price justified the inclusions & amenities. We came during low season & stayed in Riverview room #5, so it was a great value. We loved everything about this place & can't wait to return! Thank you <3

Ubytovanie Alma Del Rio Eco-Comfort on the water sa nachádza v destinácii San Ignacio v oblasti Cayo 6,1 km od miesta Cahal Pech. Everything was beautiful! We especially loved the living room area with the view on the tropical garden, great spot for bird watching. Hadas was lovely and helped us have an amazing stay, with great day trips and excursions. We loved the Tikal day trip as well as our bird watching experiences with Andy, great guide that we recommend. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable 😊

Ubytovanie Villa Massis Luxury Villas sa nachádza 5,8 km od miesta Cahal Pech. Hostia tu majú k dispozícii reštauráciu, vonkajší bazén, záhradu a bar. Our stay at Villa Massis made our vacation. It was our 3rd and final stop in Belize. We were planning to stay in San Ignacio; however the hotel we checked into was dismal. After a search on Booking.com we were fortunate to secure a last minute booking. The Villa’s suite, was just our vibe. From the decor, the location, the pool, the food (we ate all our dinners there and the lovely staff, it was perfect. Did I mention, I saw toucans and heard the monkeys? I would definitely go back.

Exceptional staff. They bent over backwards to accommodate anything we needed. Breakfast and dinner were generous and delicious. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfy. A/C worked great.

Just a 5-minute drive from the Cahal Pech Mayan Ruins, San Ignacio Resort Hotel offers an outdoor pool, an spa and fantastic jungle views. The Green Iguana Conservation Project is based on site. San Ignacio Resort Hotel was absolutely AMAZING — one of the best stays we’ve had. The property is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff is genuinely warm and helpful. They were amazing in every way: friendly, attentive, and proactive without ever being pushy. Every time we had a question or needed anything, they handled it quickly and made us feel genuinely taken care of. Everything from check-in to the grounds to the overall service was top-notch. The location was also PERFECT — easy walking distance to downtown and the market, which made it so convenient to explore. We did have one small mistake during dinner one night, but what really stood out was how management handled it. They owned it immediately, apologized, and went above and beyond to make it right. That level of care says everything. We stayed in the Royal Suite and LOVED it — spacious, comfortable, and the perfect place to relax after a full day of exploring.
