Villas at Playa de Coco is a beautifully executed hidden gem. Brand new and impeccably clean, the rooms are thoughtfully designed and truly comfortable. The gracious, attentive staff elevate the experience, and the stunning rooftop views- especially at sunset-are unforgettable. Refined, serene, and effortlessly welcoming.

Set in Maya Beach, a few steps from Maya Beach, Kalimera Beach Hotel offers accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a private beach area and a terrace. The location was perfect, our room overlooked the beachfront, the sound of the sea can be heard. Everything about the room/hotel, exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was fresh, served by very polite and efficient staff.

Located in Placencia Village, 200 metres from Placencia Beach, Alux House has an outdoor swimming pool and rooms with free WiFi access. Alux is close to the sidewalk so very easy to get around the island, beautiful property that is well maintained as well! The A/C is ice cold!!

Coral Cove Inn has a garden, a private beach area and a sun terrace with swimming pool and buffet breakfast in Maya Beach. A few steps from Maya Beach, the inn offers a bar and water sports... Feeling like being really in Belize. Nice colourful and comfortable little hotel. A really warm welcoming. Valesca help us with our different reservations and cherry on the cake accept to postpone our reservation as our flights was delayed. If we had more time we would have stayed there much longer.

Simberts Apartments features garden views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Maya Beach, 300 metres from Maya Beach. From my point of view, I found the best location and very comfortable accommodation here. The very nice owners of the apartments, Herbert and Simone, will give you valuable advice and answers to all your questions. You are surrounded by the silence of a beautiful garden, watching birds and small wild animals. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the beautiful ocean shore, where you will practically be alone. The apartment has absolutely everything for relaxing, cooking, and surfing the Internet.

Umaya Resort & Adventures is located on the beachfront in Maya Beach, just a 20-minute drive from Placencia. Location on a lovely beach, spacious, well equipped and clean apartment, food in the restaurant and pizzeria are excellent, free shuttle to Placencia town, free airport shuttle, golf cart and bike hire, helpful staff

Situated in Maya Beach in the Stann Creek region and Seine Bight Beach reachable within a few steps, Kin Resort Lodge features accommodation with free WiFi, BBQ facilities, an outdoor swimming pool... Peaceful property, gave the impression of being in a jungle. Beautiful pool! The owner Olivia was so welcoming and caring, she really makes you feel at home. We also tried Olivia’s Italian cooking on two nights, which was delicious. We organised two trips via the lodge - a day trip to Monkey River and a night trip to Cockscomb Wildlife Sanctuary - both of which were excellent. Cabin well equipped with fridge, coffee machine, toaster, blender and a little outdoor kitchen. The property is a few kilometres out of Placencia itself but walking distance to a grocery store and a couple of restaurants, there is a resort next door with a restaurant/bar and a nice gym.

Facing the beachfront in Placencia Village, Itz'ana Resort & Residences has a bar and a garden. A blend of modern facilities with Colonial and Caribbean vibes, which make the place really beautiful. The rooms are spacious with a great terrace (ours overlooked the pool). The infinity pool is stunning, surrounded by palm trees and gardens with birds, gibnuts and iguanas roaming free. The beach area is great too. The whole place is quiet too which felt like we had the place just for us. Food was good, although it could have been better (see below).

Seabird - Villa 26 is set in Placencia Village. The property is fitted with an outdoor pool and is located 2.1 km from Seine Bight Beach. There is also accommodation available for disabled guests.
