Lovely property, clean, well equipped and in a great location to explore placencia from. Enjoyed the free kayaks you could take and the sea view from our room was great.

Absolutely the best boutique hotel we stayed at in Belize! Everything at Kalimera Beach is so thoughtfully designed — from the moment we arrived, we felt more like family than guests. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and their attention to detail makes the stay unforgettable. You get ice for your drinks or to make a refreshing iced coffee (which became our daily ritual). There’s a water tap in front of each room to rinse the sand off your feet before going inside — a small but brilliant touch. The rooms and common areas were spotless, and you can tell a lot of love and care goes into everything here. There are hammocks, a beach gym, paddleboards, kayaks, and games — it’s literally impossible to get bored. The absolute highlight? Sipping an iced coffee while relaxing in a hammock right by the beach, watching the waves roll in. Sometimes you even get a fresh coconut! They also organized an incredible tour for us to Laughing Bird Caye — it was breathtaking, and we even saw a shark! We truly loved every second of our stay. Kalimera Beach is a place you arrive as a guest and leave feeling like part of the family. Can’t recommend it enough!

Objekt Coral Cove Inn u gradu 'Maya Beach' ima vrt, privatnu plažu, terasu za sunčanje bazen te švedski stol. The management were impressively, helpful, and engaged. The property is incredibly close to the water. The unit we stayed in had an incredible amount of interesting decorative items. Most I didn’t really notice until the third day there. Multiple excellent restaurants can be found just a short walk down the beach. The property has small paddle boats and fishing rods available to enjoy!

From my point of view, I found the best location and very comfortable accommodation here. The very nice owners of the apartments, Herbert and Simone, will give you valuable advice and answers to all your questions. You are surrounded by the silence of a beautiful garden, watching birds and small wild animals. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the beautiful ocean shore, where you will practically be alone. The apartment has absolutely everything for relaxing, cooking, and surfing the Internet.

Umaya Resort & Adventures is located on the beachfront in Maya Beach, just a 20-minute drive from Placencia. Location on a lovely beach, spacious, well equipped and clean apartment, food in the restaurant and pizzeria are excellent, free shuttle to Placencia town, free airport shuttle, golf cart and bike hire, helpful staff

Charming lodge near Placencia. Extremely well kept and clean. Olivia and her husband were soooo helpful and nice. We rarely got good service like that. The beach across the street was so nice. Very quiet, we were basically alone the entire time. We saw starfish, crabs, stingrays and other fish in the water, right near the beach. I Highly recommend this place.

Facing the beachfront in Placencia Village, Itz'ana Resort & Residences has a bar and a garden. The staff were incredible- very attentive, kind and friendly. I loved the orientation upon arrival, the pool was beautiful with plenty of seating and the beach was lovely and quiet. Pictures don't do it justice. I really liked the continental breakfast- fruit, an egg, juice, coffee and a basket of 3-4 small baked goods with an easy option to upgrade for a fee to other menu items.
