Cool and artsy hotel, yet the staff were very friendly. A true “small luxury hotel of the world.” The most comfortable bed we had on our 5 month travel through Canada. The location was perfect and valet parking at the hotel easy. Next time we are in Québec City we will definitely return.

Love this hotel, I stay every time I visit the area. As always, the hotel is clean, rooms excellent, staff very nice.

Room was comfortable and quiet with a view over the spa area. The spas and sauna were great. The restaurant was very good and they were able to accommodate us despite not having made a reservation. All the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Located in Sherbrooke, 2.8 km from Université de Sherbrooke Stadium, OTL Gouverneur Sherbrooke has a fitness centre and garden. The hotel offers a steakhouse restaurant and a terrace. This hotel is genuinely excellent. Whoever manages it, knows exactly what high class hospitality means. Some may argue that a some things are not perfect (see my list below) but all the rest tops it up 100%. This hotel is in the walled city of Old Quebec and is within a 6-minute walk of the Fontaine de Tourny. The hotel is attached to a restaurant and theater. The location & the rooms! Super functional, stylish and comfortable. Loved the bathroom and the shower.
