Robert was very communicative prior to arriving at the apartment. We were told how to access the keys and the instructions were very clear. The apartment was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. It was also great that we were able to cook for ourselves and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was so quiet and peaceful, even though we were out exploring Zurich/Basel for most of our visit, we were still able to enjoy peace and quiet on the days when we decided to relax in Brugg. We had no issues during our stay and we would happily visit again should we travel to Switzerland in the future.
