Perfect location in the very center of central Basel, right on the Marktplatz. This is now my go-to hotel for whenever business or leisure travel takes me through this part of the world. Fabulously friendly and attentive staff, a super cafe (popular with locals as well as guests: you're going to need to book if you want to have Sunday brunch there...), and very comfy beds with the most comfortable pillows I've ever slept on in a Swiss or German hotel. HIGHLY recommended and worth the price.

The breakfast is really good. I love the hot chocolate and they variety of cheese that they have. The breakfast area is also clean and very aesthetic.

The host provided clear and helpful explanations, which made the check-in and the entire experience smooth and easy. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. Truly perfect conditions! I would definitely love to return here on my next visit to Basel. Highly recommended!

A very clean and comfortable apartment equipped with everything you need. A large balcony and a well-thought-out layout. A big supermarket and the underground garage are both accessible directly by elevator, which is a huge plus — at least for us. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Location was excellent, we hardly had to walk to reach center of the city. Facility was very clean and comfortable.

Featuring free WiFi and a restaurant, Nomad Design & Lifestyle Hotel is located in Basel, 200 metres from Kunstmuseum Basel. This is the first time I've rated a hotel this high. We loved it. The hotel is modern, clean, comfortable with simplicity. The staff was top notch. You can not beat the location.

The location is central and easy to reach. Rooms are quite spacious with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was absolutely delicious with a variety of options.

Steinenschanze Charming City & Garden Hotel is less than 5 minutes' walk from Basel's city centre and the university, close to historical buildings and the old town. Cosy and clean, close to downtown and a delicious breakfast.
