Thomas kept in constant contact prior to the check-in and was at the office when I arrived. Helped us with the check-in process with clear explanations on things to note. There is a lift so we did not have to carry our luggage up flights of stairs! The unit we booked (2-bedroom apartment with balcony) had everything for our family of 4. Living room/dining area and bedrooms were cosy. The washer + tumble dryer came with 2 complementary wash pods, we bought more for ourselves from the nearby Coop supermarket. Overall no complaints during our 3 nights here! Very satisfied, will book again for future visits!

Brunners harzerhof ligger i Iseltwald, 25 kilometer fra Grindelwald Terminal, hvor du kan gå tur. The owner are very friendly. We wrongly book for 2 adults but still allowed 2 more guests. Feels hommy and the place is very clean and authentic
