There is a lift so we did not have to carry our luggage up flights of stairs! The unit we booked (2-bedroom apartment with balcony) had everything for our family of 4. Living room/dining area and bedrooms were cosy. The washer + tumble dryer came with 2 complementary wash pods, we bought more for ourselves from the nearby Coop supermarket. Overall no complaints during our 3 nights here! Very satisfied, will book again for future visits!

To be honest, the place was clean, wonderful, and very quiet. We and the children enjoyed the atmosphere of the real Swiss countryside, away from the crowds of the city. Mrs. Paula Natalia, the owner of the house, is very respectful. But you must be careful with children and not cause disturbance to local residents. The place is strategic because it is located between the city of Interlaken and the tourist village of Grindelwald and Lautabrunnen. It's close to all tourist places.
