Property was a nice bit of luxury and space with a serviceable gym and got a room upgrade to the lakeside rooms, drinks on patio and nice breakfast. The room is expansive with nice balcony looking over the lake.

Cjelokupan dojam je za 10. Nemamo ni najmanju primjedbu. Od momenta kada smo došli u hotel srdačno i profesionalno nas je dočekao gospodin na recepciji. Besplatna kafa, čaj, kolači i peciva na recepciji su nas dočekali u lobiju na povratku sa hikinga. Doručak sa pogledom na Matterhorn. Čista i uredna soba.

Hotel Jägerhof enjoys a quiet location close to the centre of Zermatt, a 5-minute walk from the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It has a gym and offers free WiFi. The staffs were super friendly & helpful ! They kindly accepted our requests Especially the receptionist in the evening spoke Japanese and really helped us a lot. The room was very comfortable and clean with the view of a part of Matterhorn. We enjoyed delicious cheese fondue at a little but cozy hut. It was really special and great! Breakfast and dinner were also wonderful. We definitely want to come back here!
