Hotel Lago Maggiore - Welcome! is situated on the beautiful lake promenade of Locarno, a few steps from the city centre. Hotel Lago Maggiore - Welcome! Everything went well. The staff was really friendly. We extended our stay for a night, and all went just well, and we kept the same room. The breakfast was good with many varieties. The room was spacious and clean. We even got bicycles that allowed us to explore the cities more. The location is fantastic. We had our room on the 4th floor, and the view was just breathtaking. We even received some gifts to carry back home. WE Highly recommend the hotel.

Hotel Millennium in Locarno is located right on the banks of Lake Maggiore, near the harbour and only a 2-minute walk from the Old Town and the train station. Wi-Fi is available for free in all rooms.... We stayed in the penthouse, and it was very spacious and comfortable. We could use the coffee machine, but not the kitchen, which was a surprise. The location is perfect. Right on the lake, and close to the gondola for Madonna del Sasso and Piazza Grande. Walking distance to everything, right in the center of the city. Very beautiful. Good breakfast.

Hotel Belvedere Locarno, a superior 4-star hotel, is open year-round and offers 90 rooms and suites with beautiful views of Lake Maggiore, the city and the mountains. Big and comfortable room with an amazing view. The staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were great, very tasty.

5-stjernershotellet Splendide Royal ble bygget i 1887, og er med sin århundreskifte-stil Luganos mest fasjonable hotell. Det ligger i hovedgaten i Lugano, rett ved innsjøen. The atmosphere of the hotel is truly splendid.

LUGANODANTE Boutique & Lifestyle Hotel har en beleilig beliggenhet i sentrum av Lugano, bare 4 minutters gange fra Lugano jernbanestasjon og 1,3 kilometer fra Lugano messesenter. Location, restaurant, and the staff. Also extremely close to the train station via funicular (less than a min walking).

Breakfast is worth it. Great variety of things to eat. You can tell that a person in charge of the place takes care of details.

Chalet del Sole ligger i Quinto, 34 kilometer fra Devils Bridge og 40 kilometer fra Source of the Rhine River - Lake Thoma, og har gratis WiFi og utsikt mot fjellet. We loved our stay here! We had a long journey from Alaska and being greeted by Iloria who was so kind and welcoming was wonderful. The space is beautiful and clean with lots of amenities and we were so impressed by the views and the great water pressure in the shower! Checking in and out was also very smooth. Highly recommend and we hope to come back in the winter to ski someday. :-)
