We spent a lot of time there. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were luxurious and spacious.

The property offers a children's playground and free WiFi throughout the property. Excellent and very special place. The restaurant was also a very nice surprise.

Beautiful place, would have loved to stay longer. The room is big, the bathroom is very clean. Lot of sweet details provided like lemon water, coffee machine, public transport tickets, all ready for when you arrive. The garden is just beautiful!

Super comfortable beds and pillows. Clever swivel TV in our JR Suite. Breakfast was delicious, although the welcome mixed vegetables were cold. (We wished there had been a guest microwave available for warming them.)

Location was quiet, parking was great, and the apartment was clean.

Set in Les Diablerets, within 37 km of Musée National Suisse de l'audiovisuel, Chambre d'hôtes L'ours Bleu is an accommodation offering quiet street views. 39 km from Train station Montreux and 35 km from Chillon Castle, the property features ski storage space, as well as a garden. There is free private parking and the property offers paid airport shuttle service. The hosts were extremely welcoming, I've never experienced anything like it. It felt like you were staying in your own chalet with friends and family and they offered freshly cooked meals and breakfast. If you are a couple planning a few quiet days in the Swiss mountains, this is definitely the place to go, no doubt about it!
