With mountain views, Yunshan Villa is situated in Huangshan Scenic Area and has a restaurant, free shuttle service, bar, garden, outdoor fireplace and children's playground. Everything was really wonderful. If you are the type of person who would want to hike and admire the nature at Huangshan, please book this place. You can just relax here. You can have all your meals here because they have a good cook and the price is very reasonable. It’s like perfect home cooked food. The owner arranged transportation to and fro from this villa. He is a really helpful and friendly person. Keep it up. 👍🏻 No complaints at all about the room. Very relaxing. Good sceneries around the villa.

Mild Spring Boutique Hotel has free bikes, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Huangshan. Everything about this hotel was perfect!. Wonderful facilities (our room was beautifully decorated and highly comfortable), delicious breakfast and outstanding attention by the owners (who speak english) and helped us to plan our visit to the Huangshan scenic area. More specially they made us feel like home. We strongly recommend this beautiful hotel in Tunxi (Huangshan city).

Huang Mountain Wangfeng Hotel has a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Huangshan Scenic Area. Attractively situated in the Tangkou Town district, this hotel offers a bar. As a family-run hotel, the service was personal and attentive. The location was absolutely perfect - the bigger and more expensive hotels are further away from the mountain and offer no view of it, and while they offer shuttle services up, the short walk to the mountain is a great experience in and of itself. The owner helped us book a shuttle from the train station to the hotel as well. The rooms were recently renovated when we stayed, with a nice shower stall (which was necessary after the mountain climbing!) and comfortable beds. All amenities one would generally need are included. While there is no elevator, there are only a few floors and the owner carries the luggage up. For the price, an excellent choice.

Location is great for Huanshan. The room is smart style. The hotel also provides rain coat and Trekking poles.

Our stay at this guesthouse was absolutely perfect and exceeded all our expectations. Our host was simply wonderful and went above and beyond to make our trip to Huangshan memorable. She cooked us delicious and hearty breakfasts every morning, provided us with rides to the mountain entrance, and even drove us to local restaurants for dinner. Her recommendations for the best local places to eat and buy authentic Huangshan tea were invaluable. The accommodation itself was fantastic. We had a very comfortable, large bed and a stunning panoramic view of the mountains from our window. A real highlight was the private jacuzzi in the room – perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking. The guesthouse also has a lovely, friendly cat that was a delight to come home to. The location is peaceful and about a 20-minute walk from the city center, where you can find numerous restaurants and shops. We would recommend this place 10/10 without any hesitation. The only very minor downside was that the room was a little chilly at times, but it was a small price to pay for such an otherwise flawless experience. We can't wait to return!

This family-run hotel is an absoulte gem that deserves the highest rating! The owners are the most welcoming hosts you will ever meet :) They did personally introduce us to the local culture, shared the fascinating history of the hotel, and recommended the best sights. We really felt like a part of the family during our stay, and did even get to know their daughter and her Tai Chi master! A clear highlight was a walk with their 3-year dog <3 The location is perfect: a beautiful 10min walk to Hongcun village along a beautiful stone path through the countryside; you can take a DiDi, but you shouldn't:) The path goes through some beautiful rice fields with buffalo, goats and chickens and other animals along the road. There is also a lovely bookstore selling local ricewine nearby. The walk is an experience in itself.
