The grounds are lovely, the pool is a welcome respite, and our room had all the amenities needed - no AC, but a strong fan and mosquito net had us sleeping deeply under a choir of jungle insects. They have reliable contacts with knowledgeable local tour guides who showed us a great time hiking the Amazon, visiting an indigenous community, and navigating the mangroves to view pink river dolphins. Would 100% recommend and love to return one day!

I had an absolutely incredible stay at Cruz Roja in Leticia, easily the best experience of my entire trip in Colombia! The staff here are simply amazing—friendly, funny, and always willing to help. They made everything easy and enjoyable, from modifying my booking dates to storing my belongings while I traveled deeper into the jungle. They helped coordinate with a tour agency, which was a huge plus. Each morning, they cooked delicious meals, and we had great and easy conversations over breakfast. Their kindness and warmth made me feel at home, and I truly appreciated their care and attention. The hotel itself is exceptionally clean, and the rooms are very spacious with air conditioning—an absolute necessity in the Amazon! One detail I particularly loved was the adjustable lighting in the rooms, allowing you to switch between cold and warm tones. Small things like this really make a difference. Just keep in mind, like everywhere in the Amazon, there is no hot water—but that's to be expected. The location is convenient, just a short drive from the airport, and while it's not the most walkable area due to an open field separating it from the city center, tuk-tuks are cheap and fast. Getting around Leticia is very easy, as it's a small town. Another reason to stay here: the hotel contributes part of its profits to the Red Cross Foundation. So by staying here, you're also supporting a great cause. Huge thanks to the entire staff for making my stay in Leticia unforgettable! We communicated very well with the hosts and received local information and advice about tours and local life. Easy to find location in a quiet area and is 15-20 minutes walk from the central area. Very clean room and equipped with air conditioning a very good quality-price ratio. We will definitely come back to this location when we return to Leticia.

Cabañas alto del aguila in Puerto Nariño features 2-star accommodation with a garden. The hotel has family rooms. Fray and the guys are the best! I love this place and would stay here over and over again. All the little animals are wonderful and everyone was so helpful in getting around. There are tours and guides available and Puerto Nariño is so relaxed and tranquil. It’s a wonderful experience and I highly recommend it

Located in Puerto Nariño, Maiku Amazonas provides accommodation with seating area. Very good location in a quiet area. The host was so kind and helpful. He allowed us to check in at 9 am and check out at 1 pm on our last day with no extra charge. Homemade breakfast served every morning at 8 am. Free water fill up which is a bonus to not have to buy water. Nice seating area in the lounge as well as an upstairs deck.

Located in Puerto Nariño, Hotel " TATÜANE " provides accommodation with seating area. Our stay here with Leo and his wife, Elizabeth, exceeded our expectations. The rooms are comfortable and the hammocks are a great way to unwind after a long day. Leo took us on amazing adventures and when conflicts with scheduling happened, he saw to it that we were well taken care of. He speaks some English and we speak some Spanish, but it was only a small obstacle and it didn’t take away from the tours. Leo is incredibly patient and knowledgeable about the area and Elizabeth is an amazing cook. It felt like they had included us as family during our stay. Thank you for taking such great care of us during our adventure. We would recommend this stay to anyone.

Situated in Leticia in the Amazonas region, Yawira House has a balcony and garden views. This holiday home features free private parking, free shuttle service and free WiFi. The location in a quiet reservation, 10km from noisy Leticia. We saw so many butterflies and dragonflies going past the house (of all shapes and sizes and lots of noises and frogs at night. The house is very comfortable and feels luxurious. It has two grand bedrooms and in the upstairs landing two single beds. The kitchen has plenty of utensils. There are mosquito nets. Staff were so helpful, kind, friendly. They couldnt have done more for us. The cleaner came twice and did a thorough job. We loved it and want to come back. Pick up and drop off included - a great help. Washing machine was a help as we were there for 11 nights. Comfortable luxury beds. Great value for money!

Eco Hostel RENASE is a recently renovated guest house in Leticia, where guests can make the most of its garden and barbecue facilities. Location perfect into the serva, the owners are so kind also. The facilities are confortable (for the jungle of course). It's easy to reach by bus from Leticia as it is at the km 10,5 and a bus is coming to the km 11 every 20 min from 6 to 6. There are mosquitos net for each bed which is perfect.
