The staff was friendly, the rooftop was nice. Pool was clean and rooms. The breakfast was so good and our waiters (Lady) was so nice.

Unfortunately, due to flight delays, I only stayed for a couple of hours, barely enough time to rest, but for such a short time, the experience was very pleasant, even with the people I shared a room with. They also have tons of daily activities and are always happy to help you with anything you need; they even helped me by storing my luggage when I was returning to Bogota from Nuquí. By the way, rooms are comfortable enough to rest. For me, it was more than good.

Our room was great (good bed, good pillows, enough space), the shower was amazing with hot water, and the wifi was faultless. Everyone was so nice, it was so clean, breakfast was god, and the views were fantastic! Sad we couldn’t stay longer

The Click Clack Hotel Medellín offers rooms in Medellín, 800 metres from Lleras Park and 1.1 km from El Poblado Park. Amazing design and incredible space. Wonderful helpful staff. Great restaurants and cool spaces. It is in an amazing location and everyone there is very kind and helpful. Thanks especially to Daniel for his extra help when we missed our flight. Great breakfast and wonderful for walking around. Felt very safe.

The staf is superrr, they are realy helpfull carring, breafast was superr everyone there was super nice to my family, my kids were spoiled by the staff. Super nice place to stay highly recomended. Will defenetly go back there for my next trip.
