A Soulful Stay at Cabañas Iracas Del Mar Tucked along the serene shores of Nuquí, Cabañas Iracas del Mar offered us a retreat that felt both restful and idyllic. From the moment we arrived, Daisy, the heart and soul of this place and the rest of the staff welcomed us with a warmth that went far beyond hospitality. Their care and attention to detail made us feel not just accommodated, but genuinely looked after. At times, we’d find ourselves chatting with the other family members and staff, sharing stories, or picking fresh fruit right from the trees in the garden. Each of us had our own cabin, and they were just what we needed spacious , comfortable, and open to the lush surroundings. The sounds of the ocean and the songs of the birds drifted in naturally. We especially loved reading in the hammocks just outside the cabins on the balconies, swaying gently in the afternoon breeze. The location is also perfect, just a stone’s throw from the beach, and close enough to town that we could walk in for lunch or dinner, but far enough that it still felt like a world of its own. Like being in a town away from the town. Our stay at Cabañas Iracas del Mar was more than just a holiday it felt like a journey into the heart of Nuquí’s natural beauty and the deep, quiet generosity of its people. If you’re looking for a place that offers both solitude and connection, peaceful rest and enriching excursions, this is a destination that truly has it all.

HOSTAL CRUZ DEL MAR está ubicado en Capurganá y tiene una pileta al aire libre, jardín, un restaurante y bar. El alojamiento ofrece vista al mar. Lo mejor fue la atención de la familia,la abuela Luisa cocina delicioso y Raúl muy atento. Pudimos celebrar año nuevo y nos hicieron sentir en familia. El sitio es super tranquilo a la orilla de mar, pudiendo llegar desde capurgana caminando con un sendero lleno de paisajes, sin embargo Raúl se ofreció a recogernos y llevarnos hasta playa aguacate que está a 10 minutos caminando del hotel . También puedes caminar desde allí a playa soledad. Buena ubicación alejado del ruido .

Un lugar muy recomendable, cómodo, limpio, tranquilo....un paraiso...lo mejor, Marta, muy amable y dispuesta ayudarte. Un sitio de 10 !

The food overall was delicious—every dish exceeded our expectations. Maya and Andrés were incredibly kind and helpful; they assisted us every step of the way. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is fantastic—warm and welcoming. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

We had an incredible experience in this ecolodge, immersed in nature, away from people, facing the ocean and in a very comfortable room. Thanks to Elias for the wonderful welcome, to William for the impeccable organization and to Piiao, thank you for taking us to these sublime wild beaches, waterfalls, natural pools, jungles and thank you for your smile and your good mood.

Mi Cabaña El Maderal está ubicado en Capurganá y tiene un jardín, salón compartido, terraza y wifi gratis en todo el alojamiento. Se ofrece conexión con el aeropuerto. You were with family. Willie and his family were great to stay with! He had great insight on the area and things to do. Places to see. Breakfast was great in the mornings as we hung out on the balcony. Loved the hammock!! Wifi was great as long as the power was on. It’s in a rural quieter part of capurgana. You definitely get the authentic Colombian experience. We enjoyed are week stay:) I’m gonna miss it and look forward to a return visit:)

The Humpback Turtle está ubicado en El Valle y tiene un jardín, zona de playa privada, salón compartido y terraza. This hostel is amazing. I really regret not having discovered it from the beginning. I stayed fifteen days in the Valley, and before arriving at this hostel I stayed somewhere else where the service was terrible. People in the area recommended Humpback to me, and what a pleasant surprise it was! It’s a spectacular place. The staff make you feel welcome at all times; they help you with everything and turn your experience into something truly beautiful. You can tell the hostel is very well managed. In fact, the hostel manager is lovely and always attentive to your needs. The food is spectacular and delicious. Cleanliness is another aspect that really stands out, everything feels very clean and fresh. They offer a wide variety of tours, and the infrastructure of the place is impressive. You can clearly see the constant investment they make, as everything looks very well maintained. The beachfront location is fantastic; you can see the best sunsets in the entire area from this place. They also have a volleyball court on the beach, which they carefully maintain every day so it stays impeccable, a very modern guest kitchen in the middle of the jungle, and plenty of hammocks to relax in, chill music, and delicious micheladas. Without a doubt, I will be back very soon!

La Bohemia Capurganá está ubicado en Capurganá, en la región de Chocó, a a pocos pasos de Playa Capurganá, y ofrece un jardín. Wow!!! I had a great time during my stay at La Bohemia, such a beautiful vibe and in particular the owner is so friendly and helpful - thank you! Everything was up to (and exceeded) my expectations and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Looking forward to coming back! 10/10 would recommend 😁🫶

Ubicado en Nuquí, Casa Caimito tiene alojamiento con wifi gratis y un jardín. Hay un baño privado totalmente equipado con ducha y artículos de tocador de cortesía. La atención, Vivian es super amable y muy atenta a resolver todas las inquietudes antes de reservar, después de la reserva Richi también muy pendiente de la lancha y todo lo que pudimos necesitar. La cercanía con el pueblo de termales facilita todo consigues restaurantes, panadería, hasta un corresponsal de bancolombia. La playa también queda muy cerca, apenas saliendo de Casa Caimito en frente queda una hermosa playa.
