The property was beautiful and relaxing. The pool is perfect for the times we didn't swim in the sea. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the food and drinks provided were delicious and reasonably priced. Good pressure and hot water if needed in the shower! Would definitely stay again!

This was the ideal base for exploring La Guajira—from Cabo de la Vela to the salt flats of Manaure. Whether you're here to relax or to adventure, this spot is a perfect launchpad. Common Areas: Every detail feels crafted with a love for nature, designed to provide visitors with the ultimate relaxation experience. From serene meditation spaces and hammocks perfect for afternoon naps to plenty of sun loungers right by the sea and games for evenings of fun, every corner invites tranquility. We loved it! 2. Rooms: We stayed in Colmena No. 2, and it was perfect for two people. Cozy, spotless, and pristine, with a perfectly clean bathroom and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. 3. Food: Simply outstanding! The flavors were amazing!!! and authentic, the very best of Caribbean cuisine. And to top it all, Señora Merlis, with her warmth and kindness, made every dish taste even better.

I had an amazing stay at Palomino Ecohouse. The location is beautiful and quiet, but still close to the beach and shops/restaurants. My room was very spacious and clean. The hosts are really lovely, they made me feel right at home! I 100% recommend staying there.
