Tierra Maravilla is a wonderful place. The room was so comfortable, clean, and had a nice view of the mountains. The staff were so friendly and kind - I had food posioning 2 days prior to arriving and they were so helpful and checked in on me often. The hot water shower was amazing and the bed was huge and comfortable. 10/10.

Alejo is a wonderful host. The habitación is perfect: a small kitchen, great shower and good beds. It's at a 5 minute walking distance from the center and there are a lot of shops in the neighborhood.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ecohotel Alma We can look back on a fantastic time in the beautiful “Alma Resort” with its beautifully landscaped garden and a wonderful family who gave us a warm welcome and made our stay a wonderful experience. -Very friendly and attentive staff -we had a spacious 2-bed room with a fan (there are different rooms) -The beds are very comfortable - we slept so well -We really liked the bathroom w/outdoor shower -the location is very quiet (despite the nearby street) -very good breakfast, great coffee, everything fresh (partly. from own garden or surrounding area) -Simple menu for dinner – but very tasty (preferably fish in aluminum foil ;-) -located in a lovely, safe area in the countryside -There are also other restaurants nearby (take a taxi) -a very fair price-performance ratio -Wifi worked perfectly -We even managed to reach Alma by public bus and taxi for the last mile** **We are grateful that we found EcoHotel Alma. They also helped us to organise a visit at Finca Don Leo (organic coffee farm) and at nearby botanical garden with a Columbian's biggest palm collection and a papiliorama (butterfly house). We had a corner room on the second floor. The room was very spacious, nice modern design and very clean. It has an ensuite large bathroom with hot water in modern style. The bed was extreme comfortable which we enjoyed after our hikes. Everything you need in a large room. In the front it has a seating area and in the back a small balcony. The location was perfect, a few minutes from the plaza and in a very safe neighborhood. Actually we always felt very safe in Salento. The front desk is very attentive and friendly. Always there to support you.
