The owners are very welcoming and helpful to tourists, gave us tons of recommendations and we're super nice and quick to answer. The place has a cool young design with high ceilings and many plants. The rooms were clean with washed bedsheets. The hostel is surrounded by many local food places and stores.

Staff was incredibly nice and helpful during our stay, especially Roderick. The accommodation was very modern and luxurious. The private whirlpool at our dome and outside shower made it the perfect romantic get away.

I only stayed here for one night, but it left such a deep impression on me. I arrived early, feeling exhausted from travel and a little unwell, and the room was already ready for check in - something I was incredibly grateful for. But what truly made this stay unforgettable was the family hosting the place. Their kindness and care were absolutely extraordinary. They were there for every little question, provided me with everything I needed, and made me feel not just welcomed, but genuinely cared for. It was the kind of warmth and generosity that’s rare to find - I almost felt like I had become a part of their family. Thanks to them, I had a perfect rest and a smooth trip the next morning. I’ve never stayed anywhere quite like this before. The kindness I experienced here was truly something out of this world :)

La Fortuna Donwtown Dreams ligger i Fortuna, 4,6 kilometer fra Kalambu varmekilder, 20 kilometer fra Mistico Arenal hengebropark og 21 kilometer fra Sky Adventures Arenal. Location was great, close to downtown but in a quiet area. Maikol and Grace went above and beyond to help me plan my stay in Costa Rica. Maikol arranged transport from the airport and to my next destination. My dog was safe and had a friend to play with. Grace showed me some walks and let me practice my Spanish with her. The bed was comfy and I used the washer and drier. The kitchen is well equipped, it even has a kettle for tea.

The rooms were big and views of the ocean and pool and iguanas everywhere! The drinks in tje fridge were very convenient to have so we didn't have to go to the store and they have a free ice machine!
