My third stay here and it is still perfect for cyclists and hikers and for groups and families. Arriving wet and muddy, the welcome is warm. Refreshed by a warm shower and coffee and cake in the restaurant. Dinner, usually a buffet, was an Easter special and very good value. Breakfast buffet was excellent. There are laundry facilities and a bike workshop if needed and plenty of space to relax and recover from the day's exertions.

The lobby itself is warm and inviting, with a large fireplace and a wonderful selection of books. The entire building is filled with art, creating a truly inspiring and welcoming atmosphere.
