Our first stay at Locke at East Side came with high hopes—loads of positive reviews, beautiful photos online—and thankfully, it lived up to the hype. We only stayed a couple of days, but it left a great impression. The front desk team was fantastic—super friendly and helpful. They let us check in early, which was a lifesaver after a long trip with heavy bags. They gave us the full rundown, from café hours to a quick intro to the area, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. The design is spot-on: modern but cozy. The café overlooks the water, and the hotel’s location right in the East Side Gallery area adds this iconic Berlin vibe to the whole experience. Plus, being so close to Ostbahnhof is a huge bonus for getting around. Our studio room was clean, stylish, and well-equipped. We actually looked forward to coming back each evening. The little balcony quickly became our favorite morning coffee spot (thanks for the French press, Locke), with a nice view over the water. The wood and concrete mix in the room struck a perfect balance between warmth and urban style without trying too hard. Next time, we’ll probably go for a river-view room just to mix it up. Honestly, they nailed it. It was private, comfortable, and not at all pretentious. None of that stiff, ‘too cool for comfort’ vibe some hotels go for. Just a relaxed, thoughtful place that made us feel right at home. Locke at East Side—definitely somewhere we’d come back to.

Great hotel, and it really surprised us! Amazing decor and ambience inside. Lots of plants and intimate lighting add a sense of quiet luxury. We were sceptical about the location, as it is not very central, but it wasn't a problem at all as there is a tram line right around the corner that brings you to central Berlin in about 10 minutes. The room was very large with high ceilings and really well furnished. We loved staying here and regret that we didn't stay there longer. Thanks Sly, and till next time!

Everyone that works at the hotel went out of their way to make our stay wonderful ! They have a bakery next door that was wonderful! Breakfast on Sunday was delicious! I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was with Wilmina!

The location is just PERFECT, at the museum island in Berlin! We loved everything about this beautiful hotel. I would highly recommend it!

These modern and luxurious studios and apartments are located in the central Mitte district of Berlin. Each one offers a loggia (covered balcony) or a terrace with views of greenery and the vibrant city centre. An extremely clean and beautifully designed space, thoughtfully arranged down to the smallest detail. The layout was perfect and made our stay very comfortable. The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and always willing to assist. Truly, words are not enough!

Centrally located in the trendy Mitte district of Berlin, Apartments Rosenthal Residence offers pet-friendly self-catering accommodation featuring elegant modern décor and furnishings. Museum Island is 1 km from the property. The location is the best you can find. The reception staff is professional yet friendly and cordial although it's so well developed digitally and organized that you can actually stay weeks there without their assistance. Cleaning and laundry services are accurate and good quality. There's not one missing element for this hotel.

The hotel's lobby shop is open 24 hours a day. Pets are allowed. A very nice hotel. The rooms are very clean. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The in-room furniture is beautifully designed and very practical.
