Absolutely recommend staying in Villa Tosca. Mrs Walters is the most hospitable, attentive and kind host we rarely experience. Stayed in Villa Tosca 3rd time and definitely will be coming back again. Rooms are super big, bathrooms too, it's super clean everywhere and breakfast is plentiful. Perfectly located in quiet area, next to city park, restaurants, stores and public transport. We always feel very welcome, including Cela our dog who also gets a lot of lovely attention. Vielen dank ❤️

It’s comfortable yet stylish and practical. Everything was there. The flat was already heated when we arrived which was really nice. We also had friends over and cooked, everything was there, not short of anything. And its location, 10 minutes from city centre, great for shopping.

Hannover Südstadt-Perle is situated in the Südstadt district of Hannover, 2.5 km from Lake Maschsee, 7.6 km from Hannover Fair and 8.1 km from ZAG Arena. Wonderful, cozy place in a good location. Great host, easy communication. Rewe Supermarkt is next door. Easy to reach with public transport. Kitchen is well equipped. It is on the very upper floor without elevator. It didn’t bother us, but one should know before booking. We have enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you!
